Who is Ten Points for?

Ten Points is built for teachers, pastoral teams and school leaders who want a clearer, day-to-day view of behaviour, wellbeing and culture.

Every school has people trying to see the same thing from different angles – the classroom teacher, the head of year, the member of SLT reading a dashboard between meetings. Ten Points is built for all of them.

Teachers use it to recognise behaviour and support wellbeing in the moment, without adding another form to fill in. Pastoral teams use it to spot patterns before they become problems – a child whose points have dropped off, a year group where reflections are creeping up. School leaders use it to understand culture across the whole school, not just the incidents that reach their desk.

Students and families have a place in it too. Students get their own simple check-ins and journals, built around their key stage rather than a one-size-fits-all form, and families can be kept in the loop with good news the day it happens, not just at parents’ evening.

Whether you’re in Reception or sixth form, primary or secondary, the same platform scales with you.
